DELAYED DELIVERY OF HOMES
We had booked our apartment in 2015 with commitment of possession by 2016. However possession of apartment was delayed by two years and finally key was handed over to us in 2018. Very few Apartment owners had moved to society during that time. Families were staying in the society while the construction was taking place in parallel.
Ajnara Homes Society, Noida Extension, has several towers starting from A to O.
Presently the construction project is mostly completed except for tower N and O. There seems to be delay in construction because of the COVID situation.
AMENITIES IN AJNARA HOMES RESIDENTIAL SOCIETY
The society comprises of beautiful architecture, open interiors, spectacular landscaping, spacious rooms, higher standard of living.
I am going to explain a few of the amenities of Ajnara Homes, Noida Extension.
1. POWER BACKUP
The society has a backup generator which is one of the important amenities of the society. The uninterrupted power supply is highly appreciable.
Though initially families faced issues related to power supply and raised objections against it, which is fully under control now.
2. SECURITY SYSTEM
There is a proper 24/7 security facility with the presence of guards at the entrance doors of each towers and main gates, who keep a record of all the visitors in their files and whenever some outsider comes to visit, guards at the main gate call the residents and confirm their visit.
3. 24/7 WATER SUPPLY
Frequent water supply is the most important factor for our daily life. There is a proper facility of water supply in Ajnara Homes and in case of any problem, we can call the management team and our grievance is disposed of in no time.
4. GYMS FOR SENIORS AND ADULTS
There is an open gym for seniors, where they find a relaxed atmosphere to work out in and also a separate gym for ladies and gents. Residents work out in the gym as per their availability of time, in the morning or in evening, which provides a healthy and good life to the families.
5. SWIMMING POOLS FOR KIDS’ AND ADULTS
During summers, kids and adults have a great time in the swimming pools separately designed for both of them.
6. SPORTS AND RECREATION
“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.
Life is boring without fun and play. In Ajnara Homes society there is a facility of outdoor games. There is a separate Cricket Ground, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, kids play area where there are equipment’s like swing, slide, Merry-Go-Round, Monkey Bars etc. Both Children and adults recreate their souls after work.
7. ON SITE MAINTENANCE
In Ajnara Homes society, there is availability of on site maintenance, for a better and smooth functioning. They are always present to help, in case of any emergency.
There are good and bad experiences when it comes to site maintenance. I believe this is part and parcel of staying in any society.
8. TEMPLE

9. PROXIMITY AREA
The society is close to proximity like Hospitals, banks, schools, institute and shopping areas.
Shopping Area
Various shopping areas are available in Ajnara Homes Market, like, All in One, Chaudhary Super Mart, Flour Mills, Garment and Jewelry shops.
Other than this there are street sellers available near Ajnara homes who sell fresh vegetables. Most of these sellers sell vegetables during evening. You can find these shops opposite All-In Grocery shop.
Pre-schools and Day Care Centers
There are approximately seven pre-schools and daycare centers running in the society. These are located at different towers within the society. However these pre-schools are currently closed because of the on-going pandemic (COVID-19) situation.
Formal Schools
Formal schools near our society are, Shri Ram Global School, SKS World School, Aster Public School, Sarvottam International School , The Manthan School, Pacific World School, Ryan International School etc.

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has issued a tender to develop five Metro stations on the extension line of the Aqua Line to Greater Noida West in the first phase. The proposed route will connect Noida’s Sector 51 station with Greater Noida’s Sector 2.

There is a PVR in Gaur City Mall. Gaur city mall is approximately 2.5 KM from Ajnara Homes society and you can get public transport (shared auto) to reach there. Shared autos take approximately 10 to 15 Rupees to drop you there.
